Appeals

All appeals will be thouroughly read & assessed by our trusted admins. You will usually receive our final statement withing 4weeks.

We retain the right to not change - or in rare cases increase the severity of - your penalty.

If additional information is needed or deemed relevant to the appeal, we will contact you via e-mail. This might prolong the assessment, compared to the standard responsetime.
